Obstruction Charges Possible for Woman Impeding Drowning Investigation

Following the mysterious drowning death in Hollywood recently, a woman who was related faces obstruction charges after reports say police feel she impeded their investigation.

The woman, Shakira Williams, 22, was charged with resisting-obstruction without violence following the death of Tyerra Anderson, 20, report say.

Reports say Williams and Anderson were poolside at a Hollywood home recently when the two may have gotten in some sort of disagreement. Reports say a short time later, Williams called two men who had been poolside with them previously and felt Anderson was in peril; one of them called emergency services.

Reports then say that Williams refused to get out of the way as rescue workers tried to help Anderson, becoming combative to EMS, eventually Tasering the woman, reports say. She has not been linked in any way to the drowning.
