Drowning Death of Toddler Ruled an Accident

After Ayden Anderson, 22 months, of Bloomingdale, fell into a neighborhood swimming pool, EMS was summoned to the residence and crews performed resuscitation techniques as they transported him to Effingham Hospital.

The child, who was reported as unresponsive the entire way to the hospital, was unresponsive to revival, and was pronounced dead at the hospital, reports say.

Reports say an autopsy was conducted at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab in Atlanta, and that the toddler's death was ruled an accidental drowning.
